How Can I Check Pricing & Availability?

To check pricing and availability, call our friendly managers to learn more about the units and what size that will best work for you.  They will also have information on any specials that are available.

What Security Does Lincoln Self Storage Have In Place?

We employ all the deterrents we can to keep you and your belongings safe while on our property.  Perimeter fencing, coded gate entry, LED lighting, and 24-hour video surveillance cameras work to provide an environment that is as safe and secure as possible!  Additionally, our attentive and alert managers routinely inspect the property to ensure your lock is in place and everything on the facility is running properly and efficiently.

How Can I Pay My Bill?

We offer many ways to pay your bill, including check, debit/credit card, online and auto payments.

What Are Your Gate Access Hours?

Our gate access hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm seven days a week, including holidays.  If you need access outside of those hours, contact one of our managers.

What Is Climate-Controlled Storage?

Climate-controlled units maintain a temperature range of approximately 55° to 85° throughout the year, keeping your belongings safe through the hot summers and cold winters.  These units are perfect for a wide variety of items, including furniture, books, documents, antiques, etc.  Call our office for more information about these units and to inquire about their availability.

Can I Get Locked Inside The Facility?

Yes, you can.  If you are inside the facility after the designated hours of 6:00am to 10:00pm, the gate keypad will no longer function.  Additionally, if your rent is 3 days late, your access code is deactivated.  Never enter the facility without using your code!  If you do get locked in, you can call (402) 435-0085 for assistance.  Depending on the situation we’ll let you out or send the Lincoln Police Department.

Are There Any Items That I Am Not Able To Store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

How Do I Secure My Unit?

You will provide your own lock for the storage space, so you are the only one with keys and access to the space.  We highly recommend the use of circular disc locks. You may purchase one from us or bring your own.

Does There Have To Be Someone In The Office To Let Me Through The Security Gates?

No.  At the time of signing your lease you will be given your own unique access code that will allow you access to your unit during normal gate access hours.

Do You Provide Trash Service?

No. The tenant is solely responsible for everything they bring onto the Lincoln Self Storage property.
